Your health plan or provider has chosen Implantable Provider Group (IPG) to manage billing and payment for your recent or upcoming medical procedure. See FAQ link on the left for more information.
If you received a patient packet, please read all of the contents thoroughly prior to your surgery. For your convenience, all of the patient packet forms are available for download in the Patient Document Center (left).
If you received a statement, it is only for charges related to the device services utilized as part of your surgical procedure. Other charges including physician and facility fees will be billed separately.
Payment Options – IPG offers three convenient methods of payment:
Patient Support – IPG provides you with ongoing support in the event that the manufacturer of your device issues an upgrade, notification, or other information affecting your implantable device.
